Breakfast : 7.30 am to 9.30 am
Dinner (whole menu) : 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm
We ask that you are seated by 7.30 pm.
Bar : 4.00 pm to 11.00 pm
Reception : 7.30 to 11.00 am and from 3.00 to 8.00 pm
Sauna:
Opening - winter: 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Sauna towels are in the area
Opening - summer: Sauna is possible for extra charge from 4.00 pm to 7.00pm.
Arrival and Departure
The rooms*/apartment will be ready for you from 4.00 p.m. onwards. On the day of departure we would like to ask you to vacate your rooms between 9.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m. so that subsequent guests will be able to move into the rooms on time. Please give the key back on the reception.
Bathrobe
We gladly offer you a fluffy bathrobe for a fee of 5 €.
Breakfast for rooms*
The breakfast- buffet it is in the main house and open from 7.30 until 9.30 for our guests.
Car Park
We offer free outside parking for our guests.We ask you to park properly
At the moment, you will find an e-charging station for your car in the town center. The e-charging station for your bicycle is located in the bicycle garage in Haus Quini. You can get the key at the reception.
Children´s Cots
Children´s cots are available for a fee of € 5,-- per day/bed.
Credit cards
In addition to EC-card payment we accept VISA, EURO-, or MASTERCARD but the drinks and all extra charges and reservation for groups it is possible to pay only by cash.
Damage
Damage sometimes cannot be avoided. Should anything be defective, damaged or broken beyond repair please let us know about it on departure.
Doctor
A current doctors directory and emergency service list is posted at the front desk. If you do not feel comfortable, please immediately inform the reception.

Escape routes
Next to the room door you can find the fire protection plan related to means of escape. Please look at the escape route precisely. You must not use the elevator in case of fire.
Final Room Cleaning Apartment
We give the aprtment a final clean. However, we would like to ask you to dispose of any houshold waste and to wash the dishes.

There is a fire extinguisher on each floor. These are also shown in the fire control plan.
Games
At our reception we have a selection of games available. Please return the game after use completely, so the next guests can enjoy it as well.
Internet
Free Wi-Fi is available in, the lobby and the restaurant.
You may use the Internet via our free W-Lan (limited up/downloads).
(The user is aware of the risks of the Internet and is solely responsible for its protection (e.g., current anti-virus program, non-launching of suspicious programs / files, etc.). The hotel accepts no liability for errors, malfunctions or damage caused by the use of the Internet via the WLAN service or by configuration changes of the terminal by the user.)
Iron
Please aks us if you want to borrow an iron.
Kitchen (Dishwasher)
Please only use the dishwasher tabs in your apartment for the machine.
Laundry/ clothes dryer/
Washingmachine is availabel in the ground floor - apartment house Quini. You can by the coins on the reception. Please read the instructions carefully.
Laundry service: Laundry that is handed in at reception before 9 a.m. will usually be returned to you on the same day, with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. A laundry bag and a laundry list is available from reception.
Luggageroom
Of course you can leave your luggage after your check out in our luggage room in the cellar.
Maxibar
There is a drinks and vending machine in the basement of the main building
Newspaper
The daily newspaper is available in the restaurant.
Orderliness
In order to maintain orderliness in the building we would like to ask you not to deposit anything in front of the apartment door.
Dogs
When booking online: No dogs allowed!
Other pets are not permitted.
The bringing of dogs is not possible in all room categories. Only upon request and only after our written confirmation.
If a dog is brought along without prior written confirmation on our part, we reserve the right to adjust the room category accordingly (up or downgrade with a corresponding rate adjustment).
Should this, however, not be possible due to the level of bookings, the booking will be considered as cancelled and will incur – in accordance with our cancellation conditions and fees – 90 % of the entire agreed rate.
Please also understand that your four-legged friends are not permitted access to the dining room, the spa and beauty area or the garden areas.
Rest Periods
We would like to ask you not to make any unnecessary noise in your rooms after 10.00 p.m.
Sauna
Our sauna is in the basement at the main house. Sauna towels are in the area. Please respect the fact that the spa is a nude area where our guests can completely relax, so children under 15 are not allowed to enter.

Opening – summer:
It is possible for extra charge.
Shops
Some shops are only open in the wintertime on sunday and public holdays in Zell am See and Saalbach.
Shoes
The shoe shine machine is in the stairwell of the basement.
Safe
You can give your valuables in the safe. Attention: The hotel does not accept any liability for your valuables.
Ski Bus Shuttle
Ski busses will transport you directly to the skiing resorts free of charge. You find the bus timetables on the ski bus scheduldes.
Ski Room
This in the cellar of the house.
TV
With our flat screen TV you can receive more than 120 cable / regional programs and radio stations. Please use the remote control and make sure that the device is switched on.
Umbrella
At the reception you can borrow umbrellas for free. In the interest of other guests, we ask you to return the umbrellas after use. Please note that we provide a fee of € 15.00 by losing it
Wake up
Please register at the reception. You are welcome to compensate for an alarm clock. Our receptionists always try to carry out your wake-up calls correctly. Unfortunately, however, we cannot completely rule out technical and human errors and therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot accept any liability for possible failures on your part and that no claims for recourse can be made.
